Product Description

Main Features:
1.Large lead ball screw and guide rail of the first-class level ensures the processing precision.
2.Siemens numerical control punch press dedicated system, realizing high speed and high precision machining.
3."Flank" mechanism of the feeding mechanism universal sphere platform, cooperating with the clamp and guide screw to accomplish the plate's forward and backward movement. The universal sphere platform working table can decrease vibration and noise, and protect the plate surface.
4.Specialized thick plate mold, realizing die stamping by module mechanism to  improve working efficiency; integral upper and lower cavity machining in pairs ensures mold concentricity, greatly extends the service life of the mold; mold adopts  bushing structure, which can realize convenient maintenance and replacement maintenance.
