Machine Features & Function
1.Foil decoiler and foil Deviation Recitifying system 
Auto Deviation Rectifying by Photoelectric and servo motor  :
Photoelectric and servo motor Rectifying : use photoelectric sensor to detect foil edge without touching. It can detect the foil accurately without damaging the edge of the foil. Servo motor to regulate position. Speed and force are easy to be adjusted. No matter of foil thickness, detecting and rectifying  is reliable and accurate
Clockwise and counter-clockwise tension Consistent :
 Clockwise and counter-clockwise tension Kept System : Tension is generated by AC motor. Tension force can be pre-set, and displayed on touch screen. Both direction tension force consistent to ensure no loose during winding.
2.Layer insulation Laying System:
Clockwise and counter-clockwise tension consistent : It consists of decoiler shaft, roller and end-cutting device. There are 2 decoiler shafts (pneumatic expanding).  Tension is generated by AC motor. Tension force can be pre-set, and displayed on touch screen. Both direction tension forces consistent to ensure no loose during winding
3.Welding Device
TIG welding is used to weld the foil sheet and bus bar. Welding unit consists of clamping device, welding torch driving device, welding torch adjusting device, TIG welder, cooling water tank, etc. Open and close of the clamping device is pneumatic. The welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right. The movement of the welding torch is driven by DC servo motor. Its speed is stepless regulated. The whole welding unit can move left and right electrically to go to or away from the welding position.
Cold pressure welding device comprises a steel structure solid, clamping mechanism, cold pressure welding unit and foil joint grinding unit. Unit located foil winding machine rack near the middle position of winding machine for cold pressure welding, through the manual switch, automatic control system to realize the mobile hydraulic cylinder and pressing, can move the complete operation. Can through the memory first welding way, to achieve the same automatic parking automatic coil winding process, so as to realize the automatic control of the winding process. Party B shall provide cold pressure welding molds.
4.De-burring device
Use rollers are pushed to the edges of the foil by pneumatic cylinder to remove the burr. The thrust of the pneumatic cylinder can be stepless adjusted according to the thickness of the foil.

5.Foil Shearing Device
The device consists of straight cutter, disc cutter, guiding system and pressing board, etc.
The pressing board pushed by the pneumatic cylinder to hold the foil tightly. The disc cutter driven by the motor moves along the linear guide rail and shears the foil.
