Fully Automatic CNC Copper Bar Machining Center could automatically process copper bar busbar  with full processes :  Bending, Shearing, Punching, Flattening, Chamfering:
1.This equipment could automatically calculate the modify angle, locate the position of copper stick length direction and turn the copper stick on circumferential direction. All these characters assure this equipment could process the copper stick with multiple space angles.

2.During shearing, punching, flattening and chamfer process, this equipment could automatically locate the position. With minimum manual calculation and operation, we reduce the possible error and make the operation easier with high machining accuracy.
3.After flattening the head of the stick, this equipment could turn the stick with precise angle before bending. And after bending the tail of the stick it will automatically turn the stick before flattening and punching.
4.With Gaoji custom IPC, engineer could input the all the date such like angle and length easily and quickly.
5.In order to make a continuous automatic processing machine with high accuracy and efficiency quality. This equipment use semi-automatic feeding and charge system, high accuracy ball screw and guide rail.
