Process
The sheet is processed in the following steps: decoil the raw material, feed with a fixed length via the servo motor, shearing it with various shearing tools into sheets of various types according to the drawing and then piling them on the stacking table via the conveying mechanism and the arranging mechanism.
Functional features:
Cut to length line is special equipment for transformer lamination manufacturing.
With precise photoelectric encoder, AC servo system, and PLC control, it ensures "accuracy of feeding length" and "precision of shearing".
Convenient operation panel enable to select lamination type, parameters setting and review historical records etc.
Able to compensate length manually or automatically. Length adjusting is fast.
Cutting, diverting, step-lap stacking and scrap-collecting work can be done automatically.
It has longitudinal and crosswise step-lap cutting function and can cut step-lap laminations automatically (7 layers of step-lap)
All failures will be shown on computer screen
